How to follow this board

• Residents can speak during Public Comment at full committee meetings on any item before the committee, for up to 2 minutes, giving their name, residence, and the item, in person in the Esther Howland Chamber at City Hall or by Zoom (the link is on the agenda); members may not respond at the meeting. Speakers in a language other than English are asked to tell the Clerk of the Committee in advance, so an interpreter can be provided; Spanish interpretation is available through Zoom, and in-person interpreters need 48 hours' notice.
